- First Financial Bank will never e-mail or call you to ask you for any personal information as a requirement for getting additional information to manage your accounts.
- Clients are reminded not to provide any personal information such as account numbers, social security numbers, or any other specific information unless they initiate the call to the company.
- If clients responded to a call, e-mail or text, and released personal information, they are advised to contact our Client Service Center at (877) 322-9530 or to contact a local banking center for assistance.
