First Financial Bank Expands in Greater Dayton

DAYTON, OH – First Financial Bank will continue to strengthen its commitment to Greater Dayton this weekend as it completes the purchase of 16 banking centers located in Dayton and surrounding communities from Liberty Savings Bank.

On the weekend of September 23-25, the Liberty Savings banking centers in Ohio along with the accounts opened there will transition to First Financial Bank. Liberty Savings banking centers will take on a First Financial look and feel with new signage and interior merchandising. Liberty banking centers will be closed on Saturday, September 24 to complete the transition.
Clients received a welcome guide to explain the transition and the benefits of being a First Financial client. Liberty associates are prepared to assist clients, answer their questions and process transactions as usual when their banking centers reopen as First Financial on Monday, September 26.
First Financial clients will now have access to 116 banking centers and 142 ATMs across a three-state footprint. First Financial will become the seventh largest bank overall in Dayton (previously 11th) and the largest community bank headquartered in the area.
