Please be sure that you
have fully and accurately completed the registration
form. After the form is submitted, the bank will
verify the information that you have submitted.
After the information is verified, you can expect
the following:
- Access will be available within 24 business hours.
- Two separate emails will be sent to you from clientservice@bankatfirst.com. The
first email will notify you of your Online Banking ID
and important information on how to get started. The
second email will indicate the Online Banking password
you will use to get into Online Banking for the first
time.
If the information cannot be verified you can expect the
following:
- An email from us asking you to contact us to verify
further information. Once
we are able to verbally identify you, we will process
the registration and you will be ready to use Online
Banking within a half hour.
