Tom Barnett currently serves as the Retail Market Manager for the South Central IN Market of First Financial Bank.  Tom has over 17 years of banking experience.  He is passionate about financial education and financial awareness, and has spent the last 12 years serving and helping customers with financial solutions.  Tom is a graduate of Indiana University-Bloomington with an Accounting Degree, earning his CPA license and working in public accounting for 4 years before moving into the banking industry.

Darci Baldin 

Retail Market President

Darci graduated from Indiana University with a major in marketing. She was hired by Sandridge Bank in 1999. Darci's first position with the bank was managing the bookkeeping department within the call center. Shortly after, she was able to move into a sales focused position, where she was able to help develop a more proactive client centered sales culture. Other than for a brief time working directly with our market department, she has been in a sales leadership position.  Darci has enjoyed many changes and challenges over the years; all that allowed her to grow both personally and professionally.
