How to sign in for the first time on the app
Select "First time here? Enroll now."
Enter your personal information, account number, email, and phone number.
Next, you’ll need to confirm your email address. We will send a verification code to the email displayed in the app.
To enhance your account security, the app uses two-step verification when signing in. Click get started and then select your preferred method of authentication.
To use your phone to verify your account, enter your preferred contact number. You’ll have the option to receive a verification number via text or automated call.
After your two-step authentication is complete, follow the prompts to agree to the terms of service.
Next, you’ll create a username and password. Select show rules to see the requirements.
To complete signing in for the first time, you’ll create a secure passcode. This will be the passcode you use to sign in to your device in the future.
