You can enroll in eStatements through online banking or our mobile app.

  • Log in with your online banking information
  • Navigate to the Menu and locate either "Services" or "Settings" and select "Enroll in eStatements”
  • Confirm the email address. To add or update your email address please navigate to "Settings" and select "Contact Information."
  • Select which account(s) you would like to enroll, accept "eStatement Delivery Agreement," and submit.

Yes. Our Snap Deposit solution allows you to make check deposits to any of your qualifying checking, savings, and money market accounts right through the First Financial mobile app. Up to $225 of your deposit may be available if deposited by 8:30 pm ET on a business day. Deposits received and accepted by this time on a business day will be considered the day of your deposit.

At this time, we do not offer Zelle®. We invite you to utilize our person-to-person payment solution, Ping Pay. Make sure to check back often, as we are always looking for ways to improve our online tools.

  • Enroll or login to online banking on your desktop or mobile device. 
  • From "Menu" select "Settings" and then select "Alerts".
  • Select "New Alert" and choose the type of alert you'd like to receive from the drop-down menu.
  • Select the appropriate account and delivery method.
  • To complete, select "Create Account".
  • Don't forget to also set up "Security Alerts" within "Alerts" and double-check your delivery preferences to ensure your personal information is up-to-date and you never miss a notification.2

Never forget to pay a bill again with our online Bill Pay tool. To get started, sign in to online banking and select Move Money from the drop-down menu. Select Bill Pay and follow the prompts. For step-by-step instructions, check out our video guide.

  • After logging in, tap the (+) in the upper top corner
  • Enter account number, expiration date, security code and billing address
  • Click on the 'Add Card' button
  • You will then be prompted to set up a transaction amount alert. You may do so by typing an amount and clicking on 'Set Alert' or select 'Maybe Later' to set up at another time
  • Next, you will receive a success screen stating 'Your account has been created'
  • Finally, you have the option to set up Touch ID which gives you the ability to log in to the app with your fingerprint. Select either 'Yes' or 'No' and continue through the prompts. Please note: Touch ID may not be available on all devices.
  • Your card setup is now complete
