Now open in Cincinnati, Covington, and Mason.

ATMs

We know you need fast, convenient access to your cash. All First Financial Bank checking accounts have fee-free access to over 55,000 ATMs worldwide.

Interactive teller machines (ITMs)

Some of our locations also offer ITMs, which allow you to securely and remotely interact with a teller by video versus in person. You can easily conduct all of the transactions at an ITM that you normally would in a banking center lobby.

Frequently asked questions

ITMs are available at select financial centers and allow you to interact with a teller securely and remotely by video. You can easily make a deposit, cash a check, and perform all the other transactions you’d normally conduct inside a banking center. ITMs are available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST on Saturday.

We have a large network of ATMs for fast and secure access to your money. You can withdraw money, deposit checks, and view your available balances at any of our ATM locations. You can find the ATM closest to you by using the search bar and map at the top of this page.

If you are visiting to open a personal checking or saving account, you’ll need the following: Social Security number; U.S. government-issued ID (Driver’s License, Passport, Military ID, or State Issued ID); for joint accounts you’ll need the email address of the joint applicant.

If you are applying for a personal loan, credit card or mortgage you’ll need the same information listed above and may need to bring some other documentation depending on the type of loan you are applying for.

If you are opening a business account or applying for a business loan, in addition to providing a Social Security number or U.S. government-issued ID (Driver’s License, Passport, Military ID, or State Issued ID) other documentation is required depending on the type of account or loan you are applying for.

We are closed for the common federal holidays including: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. During these days you can still make use of our ATMs or use online banking.

The amount you can withdraw and deposit is based on your relationship with the bank and the types of accounts you have. Please call your local financial center or contact our Client Service Center to verify your account limits. Deposits are subject to verification and not available for immediate withdrawal. Daily deposit dollar and count limits may vary and are subject to change at our discretion.

We love building relationships with our clients. You can open most of our accounts online, but if you’d like an even more personalized touch you can visit us to open an account, get a loan, or get help with any account or transactional questions you have.

First Financial Communities are like our banking centers, but with reservable, free workspaces and spacious open floor plans. You can see one for yourself in downtown Cincinnati, Mason, or Covington.
