How to set up telephone banking

When you call us for the first time, you'll need to set up a PIN. Just have your account number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number handy.

Not sure where to find your account number? Here are a few easy options:

  • Log in to online banking: Select your account from the dashboard; your account number will appear in the details.
  • Check your checks: Look at the bottom of a personal check; your account number is the middle set of numbers (10 digits).
  • Review your bank statement
  • Check your account opening documents

  3. Select how you'd like to interact (optional):

Option 2: Transfer funds or make a payment
Option 3: Speak to an agent about online or mobile banking

Option 5: Future dated transactions (status of direct deposit or other activity not yet posted)
