Yellow Cardinal M&A Services is pleased to announce that it served as financial advisor to BeauDigital LLC in the sale of its ownership interest in TraceParts America LLC to TraceParts S.A.S. The transaction was completed in connection with the simultaneous acquisition of TraceParts S.A.S. by KEYENCE Corporation.

TraceParts is one of the world’s leading CAD-content platforms for engineering, industrial equipment and machine design, featuring more than 2,300 catalogs, 350 million searchable part numbers and 310 million product data downloads.
