Frequently asked questions

You can access the system by navigating to bankatfirst.com. Your login credentials, including your initial password, were sent via email from f1rst@e.bankatfirst.com. If you're having trouble finding the email or logging in, please contact support and we will resend your password email.

If you are using Autobooks this will no longer connect to fIRSTNAVIGATOR, but you may still access Autobooks directly at https://app.autobooks.com.

Several items will need to be recreated or re-established after conversion, including:

  • Established user and system alerts.
  • Recurring payments scheduled for June 8 or after, including transfers, ACH, and wires.
  • Account maintenance performed between May 20 and June 5.
  • Certain user permissions, including permissions to manage transfer templates and consumer payments.
  • Account nicknames.
  • Historical loan statements.

Historical eStatements may take up to 8 weeks to populate.

Automatic payments, such as those for loans, may need to be set up in the new system. Please verify your recurring payment setups. If they did not transfer, follow the instructions to set them up or contact support for help.

If your account or routing numbers have changed, your payroll provider will need the updated information. If not, no action is needed.

For the first payroll batch, you need to add each employee individually. In future, you can use the saved template function to streamline the process.

Some advanced features like Positive Pay and Remote Deposit require individual training. Reach out to your relationship manager or visit here for more information.
