Latest Update: July 7, 2020

Our banking centers' offices have been open these past months, and we continue to happily serve you at our First Financial banking centers. As we all practice appropriate social distancing, please use the information below to assist you in conducting your banking.

  • Remember you can access your accounts at bankatfirst.com.
  • Virtually all banking transactions can be conducted from the comfort of your home, including:
  • Our drive-thrus are available to help you if you prefer not to enter a banking center.
  • Call your local banking center for assistance; phone numbers can be found in the branch locator below.
  • Contact our Client First Center at 877.322.9530, by chat, or by email.
  • Use our ATMs and ITMs to obtain cash and conduct many other transactions at your convenience.

If you choose to visit a First Financial banking center, please note the following:

  • Our branch offices (with a few exceptions noted below) are open and ready to serve you.
  • We look forward to working with you face-to-face and we want you to know that your health and safety are important to us. That's why we're following enhanced health and sanitation measures so that you feel safe when you visit our bankers:
    • Our associates will be wearing masks for the safety and wellbeing of everyone.
    • We recommend customers also wear masks.
    • If you are sick or have a temperature, please stay home and reach out to us for remote assistance.
    • The occupancy of each branch office is limited in order to comply with government regulations concerning social distancing. You’ll see that our maximum lobby occupancy is noted on the door sign.
    • Our waiting areas will be closed inside the bank, so please call from your car as you arrive for your appointment. Only those who need to be present for your transaction should attend. Appointments are also staggered to facilitate social distancing.
    • You'll also see some changes to the banking center including plexiglass shields and floor stickers, similar to other businesses, for the protection of all.

More safety guidelines for bank visits appear in the frequently asked questions below.
