Setting up account alerts

Real-time account alerts make it easy to monitor your accounts 24/7, whenever and wherever. Monitoring transactions and watching out for fraudulent activity has never been easier.


Step-by-step mobile instructions

Select the account you’d like to set up alerts for on the main dashboard of the app.

After selecting the desired account, select “Alert preferences.”

Then select “Balance and transaction amounts.”

From here, select the type of alert you’d like to set up. Balance alerts let you know when your account goes above or below a certain dollar amount and transaction alerts let you know when deposits and withdrawals happen/are applied to your account.

Balance alerts can be configured for amounts above or below a certain dollar amount. You can select to receive notifications by email, text, or in-app alert.


Transaction alerts can be configured for debits or credits above a certain dollar amount. You can select to receive notifications by email, text, or in-app alert.



Step-by-step desktop instructions

Step 1:

Select the account you’d like to set up alerts for on the main dashboard of online banking.

Step 2:

Click on "Alert preferences."

Step 3:

Click on "Balances, transactions, and deposits."

Step 4:

Choose the type of alert you wish to create, balance or transaction, then hit "Add alert." From here you'll be able to customize the alert based on a certain dollar amount.
